DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a talented Project Coordinator - Sales to join our team specializing in Sales for our Sales department in France

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

  • Sales Project Organization: Defining sales projects content and challenges, identifying parts and suppliers (project supply chain) and allocating resources to ensure smooth sales project execution and high customer satisfaction.
  • Effective Issue Resolution: By identifying, tracking, and collaborating with others to resolve project issues, you'll ensure smoother project execution and minimize disruptions.
  • Clear Communication: Monitoring and communicating project status to the team will keep everyone informed and aligned, enhancing overall project coordination.
  • Budget Management: Assisting with budget planning and tracking will help maintain financial control and ensure resources are allocated efficiently.
  • Analytical Support: Providing research and analytical support will contribute to informed decision-making and strategic planning.
  • Risk Management: Using quality tools to identify and manage project risks will help mitigate potential problems before they escalate.
  • Knowledge Sharing: Documenting and sharing team learnings will foster a culture of continuous improvement and collective growth.
  • Organizational Skills: Maintaining project notes, databases, and other records will ensure that all project information is organized and easily accessible.
  • Project Coordination: Contributing to the design and development of project plans and timelines will help set clear objectives and milestones, driving project success.

RESPONSIBILITIES

To be successful in this role you will need the following:

  • Strong Project Management Skills: Effectively manage project issues, risks, and scope using recommended tools and processes to ensure successful project completion.
  • Adaptability: Tailor your communication to explain complex topics in a way that your target audience can understand and use the information effectively.
  • Educational Background: A college or university degree is required, and you may need specific licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.
  • Relevant Experience: Even with minimal work experience, your ability to coordinate sales project execution, conduct risk analysis, and interact with various teams will be crucial.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education/Experience:

  • Sales project execution from sales handover to aftermarket handover ensuring all equipment is on order and delivered to upfit center.
  • Experience in planning and allocating resources based on customer needs.
  • Risk analysis experience.
  • Experience in providing sales projects financial figures and project dashboard.
