DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a talented Production Associate - Level III to join our team specializing in Manufacturing for our Cummins Inc. facility in Rocky Mount, NC.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

  • Maintaining Efficiency : By being proficient in work processes and maintaining a clean work area, you'll ensure smooth operations and meet customer expectations.
  • Applying Best Practices : Utilizing Cummins Operating System (COS) and Operations Excellence (OE) methodologies will enhance overall plant performance.
  • Effective Communication : Collaborating with your team and support teams will ensure seamless workflow and continuous personal development.

RESPONSIBILITIES

To be successful in this role you will need the following:

Education/Experience

High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.

This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.

Requires significant relevant work experience or specialized skills obtained through education, training, or on-the-job experience.
