Education, Licenses, Certifications:
High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.
This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.
Experience:
Prefer significant relevant work experience or specialized skills obtained through education, training or on-the-job experience.
QUALIFICATIONS

Lead training - Provide on-the-job training by presenting information, using a variety of instructional techniques to ensure operators are confident, skilled, and aligned with the company's procedures, standard work, and policies.
Evaluate performance - Use a variety of assessment techniques to gauge understanding and skill level and provide personalized feedback to employees.
Assessing and evaluating learner progress - track employee's performance, provide constructive feedback, and adjust training as needed.
Monitor & Maintain Electronic Login System information.
Participate and/or facilitate continuous improvement activities.
