Key Responsibilities:

Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE)

• Stop work and immediately report any major injury hazards.
• Report any work-related injuries, illnesses, incidents, or hazards.
• Comply with HSE standards, policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Utilize appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Promote interdependence by looking out for team members.
• Identify and correct hazards within personal control and capabilities.
• Recognize and minimize environmental impact through work practices.

• Adhere to applicable standard work, process documentation, and quality procedures.
• Raise issues to minimize cost and quality exposures.
• Conduct quality inspections and identify non-conforming materials.

• Operate manual and automated equipment to manufacture and assemble products meeting customer specifications.
• Achieve production goals and adhere to required cycle times or engineering standards.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area, performing routine housekeeping and maintenance tasks.

Education, Licenses, Certifications: Minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in service, production, testing, and installation of diesel genset control panels.
• Proven experience troubleshooting complex electrical circuits and control panel electrical wiring/design.
• Experience with high horsepower (HHP) genset installation and commissioning is essential.
• Preferred: Experience with Cummins dealers and HHP certification. Experience: n Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Automobile Engineering.
