DESCRIPTION

Job Summary

Administrative assistant for leaders, to manage their calendar, support on administrative needs. Support Test operations financial weekly and monthly requirements. Support Test operations and HR team with Operations excellence and functional needs. This role ensures improving day to day Test and lab operations.

Key Responsibilities

Testing and Analysis

  • Performs tests in accordance with established procedures and ensures accurate, reliable results.
  • Configures and operates data acquisition systems; analyzes and reviews data for appropriateness.
  • Assesses the contribution of both the test equipment and the product under test to ensure test validity.

Equipment and Facility Maintenance

  • Conducts test stand installation, troubleshooting, and setups.
  • Maintains and ensures upkeep of laboratory equipment.
  • Provides support for equipment supplier evaluation, facility updates, and instrument specification recommendations.

Operational Support

  • Manages and maintains leadership calendars for optimized time utilization.
  • Publishes and manages operations KPIs, including test cell operations and cross-charging financials.
  • Prepares and analyzes daily headcount reports for plant leadership and HR teams.
  • Supports procurement processes, including PRs, NPDNs, and NFAs.

Collaboration and Administration

  • Supports test cell and lab operations team leads.
  • Assists the Technical Operations Functional Excellence leader and HR teams.
  • Coordinates visitor management and provides administrative support as needed.

Continuous Improvement

  • Engages in improvement projects and provides feedback for enhancing lab operations and testing methodologies.

Qualifications

  • Education :
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Regionally applicable certifications or a two-year associate degree in a STEM field is preferred.
  • Licenses/Certifications :
  • May require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.
  • Experience :
  • Significant relevant work experience or specialized skills obtained through training or on-the-job practice.

  • Test cell operations and financial cross-charging.

  • Supporting procurement and managing visitor logistics.

  • Proficiency in tools for procurement (PR, NPDN, NFA).
  • Understanding of lab equipment and operational metrics management.
