DESCRIPTION
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
- Execute repairs and rebuilds on power generation products in a service workshop under supervision.
- Apply documented procedures and policies to complete basic repairs and scheduled maintenance, including preparing required parts and tools.
- Disassemble power generation equipment.
- Assist with completing required documentation, such as work completed documentation, time sheets, warranty claims, and quality forms via handwritten forms or business system input screens.
- Complete training in line with skill and business requirements.
- Maintain work area and tools for cleanliness and proper operation.
- Ensure adherence to all relevant Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) policies, procedures, and legislation, and report any issues/incidents to your supervisor.

Technical Escalation: Elevates issues to a higher level of expertise and captures all troubleshooting steps in the appropriate database.

QUALIFICATIONS
Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will need the following:
- Education: Vocational diploma from a relevant technical institution. Apprentice Trained Power Generation/Electrical Technician preferred.
- Licenses/Certifications: Current relevant electrical certification. Locally valid driving permit preferred. This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.
- Experience: Minimal level of workshop-related experience required. Basic level knowledge of and/or experience with power generation products. High Voltage/Low Voltage practical experience.
