We are looking for a talented Plant Manager to join our team specializing in Manufacturing; 100% onsite in Oshkosh, WI.

Education, Licenses, Certifications:
- College, university, or equivalent degree required.
- This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.
Experience:
- Significant level of relevant work experience, including managerial, leadership, budgetary, and cross-functional experience, required.
QUALIFICATIONS
Additional Information:
- This role is 100% onsite in Oshkosh, WI.
- Direct leadership of Manufacturing, Manufacturing Engineering, Facilities, and Supply Chain.
- Work cross functionally with Purchasing, Quality, Finance, Human Resources, Engineering, IT and EHS to profitably and safely run the operation.
- Directs manufacturing activities to ensure the achievement of KPI's in the areas of Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost.
- Develops, maintains, and improves metrics monitoring performance and attainment of key goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with key business leaders to ensure reliable and timely supply of products to the marketplace.
- Participates in strategic planning processes (including the AOP and Sales & Operations Planning processes) and develops long-range plans to meet business profit and growth objectives.
- Develops, reviews, and implements strategies and actions resulting in continuous improvement in safety, product quality, product delivery, productivity, material utilization, customer service, workforce diversity, quality of work life, and lower manufacturing costs.
- Promote and maintain positive employee relations while handling Union issues as they arise.
- Act as Executive Sponsor for the Oshkosh Training and Certification Committee with the UAW.
- Forges close relationships with members of the Leadership Team and other key stakeholders, to ensure best practice are incorporated into the business.
- Supports cultural improvements and programs that are sustainable and employee engagement driven.
- Manages staff selection, performance and development, to ensure team competencies and capabilities to reach the business goals and expectations.
- Lead maintenance and adherence to the Quality and EHS Management Systems.
