We are looking for an enthusiastic Sales Account, Enablement & Operations Representative Placement Student to join our team specializing in Sales for our Distribution Business Segment in UK, Wellingborough. During your placement with us, you will learn how a major global organization operates, gaining the tools and exposure you will need to become an expert in the industry and power your potential!

This role is available to candidates who qualify for a placement year and will commence 4 th Aug 2025.

RESPONSIBILITIES

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

  • Throughout the placement you will be provided with training in sector specific technologies as well as general training such as presentation and communication skills, structured problem solving and Cummins practices and procedures.
  • You will work with various tools such as Salesforce, Power BI, Enterprise Resource Planning, etc.
  • We will provide you an opportunity to visit a manufacturing plant to gain more product insights.
  • Sales Operations team works within two Cummins Business Units and supports a wider range of stakeholders.
  • Learn how a major global organization operates, gaining the tools and exposure
  • Being part of the team will allow you to network broadly within the organization.

QUALIFICATIONS

To be successful in this role you will need the following:

  • Working towards a degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Operations, or related subject
  • Excellent IT Skills, in particular Excel and Microsoft
  • A willingness to challenge the norm, look for improvements and be professional.
  • Awareness of what business is, common sense and positive attitude.
