We are looking for an enthusiastic IT Solution Analyst to join our team specializing in Systems/Information Technology for our Corporate Supply Chain IT in United Kingdom, Sandwich, Kent. This role is available to candidates who qualify for a placement year and will commence 1st June/July 2025.

RESPONSIBILITIES

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

  • Analyzing and reporting of business requirements
  • Conducting data analysis, identifying opportunities of improvement, documenting findings and publishing findings to business stakeholders
  • Conducting system performance testing, regression testing and analysing system performance. Conducting Unit testing and Flow testing per project need
  • Documenting functional specifications for reports, system configurations and customisations as per Cummins set procedure and standards
  • Developing and documenting test scenario as per Cummins set procedure and standards. Supporting monthly release (enhancements and defect fixes) management for production migrations
  • Developing and maintaining productive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders .Collaborating with development teams, Business teams, Integration Services teams to develop and maintaining productive working relationships

QUALIFICATIONS

To be successful in this role you will need the following:

  • Current University degree course in progress: Supply Chain and IT related subjects such as Computer science and Data Analysis would be preferred, with other subjects such as Industrial Engineering also being relevant.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills and Detail Oriented with strong organizational skills
  • An interest or relevant experience with programming languages such as SQL
  • Knowledge of an Enterprise Resource Planning system and supply chain planning will be useful.
