Placement Position - Application Engineering Intern

We have a diverse team of engineers dedicated to support customers' projects and development of existing and future products for customers on a global scale. We are currently looking for a "Long Term Application Engineering Intern" (6 + 6 months) to join and support our team who will be based in Cummins Izmir Office.

• Graduated or preferably final year student in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Marine Mechanical Engineering or Automotive Engineering of reputable universities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Able to Communicate with interdisciplinary, international teams as well as with customers.)
• Has knowledge or interest in engine & auxiliary systems and new generation power systems.

• Supporting Application Engineers
• Visiting customers with AEs and supporting testing processes when needed.
• Direct communication with the customers to maintain the processes when needed.
• Providing guidance and support to customers during the reporting of their designs and test results in accordance with Cummins systematic approach.
• Supporting the preparation and follow-up of periodic reports
• Planning, following-up and inspecting of test and data collection tools.
