DESCRIPTION
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily activities of multiple production teams, including managing team members, housekeeping, and meeting production targets.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to recommend and engage in improving safety, productivity, quality, and efficiency of operations.
- Provide guidance and feedback to team members in accomplishing tasks and goals; set expectations and clarify responsibilities.
- Coach and mentor team members.
- Identify training needs; develop and implement training plans.

QUALIFICATIONS
Qualification:
- College, university, or equivalent degree required.
