DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a talented People Support Advisor to join our team specializing in Human Resources for our People Support Department in Krakow, Malopolskie, Poland
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
- Drive Process Improvements - Analyze HR metrics and recommend enhancements to streamline processes, improving efficiency and effectiveness within the organization.
- Support Employee Relations - Act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees, helping to resolve workplace conflicts and fostering a positive work environment.
- Enhance Performance Management - Guide employees and leaders through performance development planning, ensuring growth and alignment with business goals.
- Strengthen Talent Acquisition - Support staffing and recruiting efforts by analyzing workforce data and ensuring the right talent is hired for the organization's success.
- Facilitate Compensation & Benefits - Collaborate with shared services and corporate HR to administer compensation programs and benefits, ensuring fair and competitive practices.
- Ensure Policy Compliance - Advise on adherence to HR policies, procedures, and legislative requirements to maintain legal and ethical standards.
- Develop Training Initiatives - Assess training needs and participate in development programs that enhance employee skills and career growth.
- Maintain Data Integrity - Ensure the accuracy and completeness of workforce information in HR systems to support data-driven decision-making.

RESPONSIBILITIES
To be successful in this role you will need the following:
- Strong HR Knowledge & Compliance Expertise - A solid grasp of HR functions, local labor laws, payroll processes, and compliance to ensure ethical and legal HR practices.
- Effective Communication & Relationship Management - The ability to collaborate with employees, managers, and stakeholders while providing clear, professional guidance and support.
- HR Data & Analytics Proficiency - Experience in managing and interpreting HR data to maintain accuracy, compliance, and drive data-driven business decisions.
- Strategic HR Execution & Problem-Solving - The capability to efficiently execute HR processes, optimize workforce strategies, and provide insightful HR consulting to align with business objectives.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education/ Experience:
- Minimal relevant work experience required.
- College, university, or equivalent degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field or equivalent experience required.
- Bilingual Proficiency (Polish & English) - Strong verbal and written communication in both languages to support diverse teams and ensure smooth HR operations across the region.
