DESCRIPTION
Key responsibilities :
- Lead and develop a high performing, customer-centric Operations Excellence team, which adds significant value to the APAC Operations business.
- Work with key stakeholders across APAC to develop and implement regional strategies which will deliver Service & Parts Functional Excellence, world class Operations Planning & Analytics, and Functions & Service Support.
- Work with key stakeholders beyond APAC (e.g. GSS, Quantum Program, Guidanz Program) to help influence, shape, and implement global strategies which will deliver world class business processes, systems and tools to support our APAC Operations Business.
- Work with the Quantum Team and the Operations Leadership Teams in South Pacific & NESEA to drive the successful implementation of Quantum in APAC Operations.
- Sponsor (and lead) specific projects which will enhance Operations Excellence, increase productivity and improve our customer experience.

- Relevant qualifications and experience required, including managerial experience.

- While the nominal location for this position is listed as Cummins Scoresby, applicants from other Cummins locations across APAC will be considered.
