DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a talented onsite Operations Administrator to join our team in Dallas, Texas.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
- Under direct or close supervision, enter data into a database or other computerized system to maintain up-to-date stock/inventory and training records.
- These activities may include responding to customer escalations, order allocation, part profile & inventory records; preparing reports, training operators, customs compliance processes, domestic and international transportation related procedures and completing forms (receipt, transfer, delivery, dispatch, etc.)
- Operates manual and automated equipment to pick, pack and ship product per the customer expectations.
- Utilize SAP to create inbound deliveries and help manage all inbound and outbound deliveries in a timely manner.
- Evaluates and selects appropriate transportation mode and equipment type by lane through shipment volume analysis against business requirements to provide optimal shipping method.
- Perform other routine administrative activities according to the Organizations established procedures.

RESPONSIBILITIES
To be successful in this role you will need the following:
- Requires minimal work experience, logistics or warehouse experience preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications, generating reports and advanced level computer skills, SAP experience preferred
QUALIFICATIONS
Education, Licenses, Certifications
- High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.
- This position does not require any Department of Transportation (DOT) related pre-screenings.
Compensation and Benefits
Base salary rate commensurate with experience.
