We are looking for a talented Mechanical Engineering Technician to join our team for our location in our Columbus, IN.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
- Actively participate in daily 5S efforts
- Maintain a clean, neat, orderly, and productive workspace.
- Maintain daily test cell and work order logbooks.
- Consistently run daily Test Readiness Verification (TRV)
- Consistently update Multi-State Utilization (MSU) Board
- Consistently review/approve timecard.
- Maintain good relations, communication, and a spirit of collaboration with customers and cross-functional departments.
- Weekend Continuous Support: Maintain engines On Test

Compensation and Benefits
Base salary rate commensurate with experience. RESPONSIBILITIES
To be successful in this role you will need the following:
- High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.
- A regionally applicable Certification (e.g. US Department of Labor) or two year Associates Degree from an accredited college program in a relevant field of study.
- This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.
- Requires significant relevant work experience or specialized skills obtained through education, training or on-the-job experience.
- Department of Labor Certification
- OR four year experience/education requirement accomplished through either Bachelors degree in related field
- OR associates degree in related field and at least two years of relevant experience.
- Mechanically inclined (piston swaps, head swaps, etc.)
- Proficient with basic computer skills
- Ability to work 3x12 Weekend Shift: (Friday-Sunday), working 12 hours per shift (7:00pm-7:00am).
- Pay starting at $31.50/HR or higher, based on experience level + $2.00/HR Shift Differential.
