DESCRIPTION
Key Responsibilities:
- Meeting Data Center Customers : Capture market trends and requirements by meeting with Data Center customers.
- Customer Issue Resolution : Understand Data Center customer issues and collaborate with internal teams to develop solutions.
- Monthly Reporting : Prepare and submit monthly reports on Data Center business to all stakeholders.
- Database Maintenance : Maintain a database on order bookings and shipment data.
- MIS Reporting : Provide monthly MIS reports for the Data Center segment.
- Marketing Plan Development : Help develop marketing plans by preparing basic market research and pricing analyses. Present data to the manager for discussion and interpretation.
- Marketing Communication Plans : Work with leaders to develop marketing communication plans and prepare drafts of marketing communications.
- Project Management Support : Provide project management support and communicate plans, deadlines, and achievements to project team members.
- Value Package Introduction : Learn the role of marketing on Value Package Introduction project teams as an observer and support other marketing team members with assigned responsibilities.
- Global Brand Strategy : Learn the global brand strategy and how to align work products to that strategy.
- Marketing and Sales Systems : Learn about relevant marketing and sales systems and processes; collect customer satisfaction data to present to the manager for discussion and interpretation.
- Channel Support : Learn relevant channels to support marketing activities.
- Collaboration : Team with and collaborate across regions and business units.
- Continuous Improvement : Participate in continuous improvement activities.

- Translating Relevant Market Data : Collects and categorizes customer voices and market information by leveraging appropriate research tools and techniques; analyzes research findings to identify opportunities to deliver customer solutions.

Qualifications:
- Education :
- College, university, or equivalent degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, or a related subject required.
- Licenses/Certifications : This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.
QUALIFICATIONS
Experience:
- Minimal relevant work experience required.
- Knowledge of and experience using the four P's of marketing (Product, Price, Promotion, and Placement) preferred.
- Key Account Management experience
- Customer facing experience
- Knowledge of Power BI and MS Office
