DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a talented Manufacturing Engineering Technician to join our team specializing in Manufacturing for our Manufacturing Engineering department in Daventry, United Kingdom.
This is a permanent contract, working Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours a week with flexible hours.

RESPONSIBILITIES
To be successful in this role you will need the following:
- Strong Health and Safety Awareness: Champion proactive health and safety behaviors, identify and report hazards, and participate in actions to improve workplace safety.
- Technical Knowledge of Controls Safety: Recognize and manage hazards related to electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems to ensure safe practices and reduce injuries.
- Manufacturing Expertise: Demonstrate a solid understanding of manufacturing processes and effectively implement changes to improve efficiency and meet functional needs.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Support root cause analysis for quality and health & safety issues, and work on implementing effective solutions to enhance overall performance.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education/ Experience:
- High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.
- Requires some work experience or intermediate level knowledge obtained through education, training or on-the-job experience.
The compensation for this role is aligned with a local bargained or unionized agreement.
