DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a talented Manufacturing Engineer to join our team in the Manufacturing Engineering Department in Daventry, United Kingdom.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
- Enhancing Equipment and Systems: You'll contribute to the planning, designing, purchasing, and implementing changes to manufacturing equipment and systems, ensuring they meet evolving needs.
- Project Support: By assisting with specific projects, you'll help create and implement manufacturing processes that align with safety, manufacturing, and business goals.

- Collaboration: Working with internal and external resources, you'll contribute to project assignments, fostering teamwork and shared success.
- Safety and Compliance: Ensuring that all manufacturing processes meet safety requirements, you'll help maintain a safe working environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES
To be successful in this role you will need the following:
- In-depth Manufacturing Knowledge: Ability to implement changes in processes, equipment, and applications to meet functional needs and promote continuous improvement.
- Strong Problem-Solving Skills: Proficiency in using systematic analysis and industry-standard methodologies to trace issues, implement data-based solutions, and prevent problem recurrence.
- Effective Collaboration: Skill in building partnerships and working collaboratively with others to achieve shared objectives.
- Proficiency in Manufacturing Analysis Led Design: Competent in using digital tools to model and simulate manufacturing processes, making data-driven decisions to enhance performance and drive continuous improvements.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education/Experience:
- College, university, or degree in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Math) or related field, or equivalent experience required.
- A basic level of relevant work experience is required.
