DESCRIPTION
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with specific projects to create and implement all aspects of manufacturing processes to ensure safety requirements, manufacturing goals, business goals, and product specifications are met.
- Apply knowledge of manufacturing principles and practices to improve manufacturing equipment and processes.
- Develop manufacturing standards and working methods using continuous improvement tools.
- Collaborate with internal and external resources on specific project assignments.
- Learn and apply manufacturing principles and practices as they are applied to Cummins.

- College, university, or degree in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Math) or related field, or equivalent experience required.
- This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.

QUALIFICATIONS
Skills and Experience:
- Basic level of relevant work experience required.
- Experience in handling capex spends and managing project timelines to avoid delays in project launches and ensure quality and delivery demands are met.
