QUALIFICATIONS

Education/Experience

• College, university, or equivalent degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related subject required. MBA preferred.
• This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.
• Moderate level of relevant work experience required.

Additional Details:

The Logistics Site Operations Leader role requires:

• Extensive knowledge of core flow to effectively lead the operations team and assisting the customer with production planning, while eliminating quality concerns.
• An advanced level of analytical skills and the ability to plan, track, and execute, projects from start to finish.
• Accounting for deliverables assigned to the team and ensure that targets are reached, and customers' expectations are met.
• Working cross functionally with ReCon plants to aid in core flow. In addition, this role requires knowledge of core management systems, Oracle and GOMS.
• Ensuring the 3PL responsible for RLCC's operations is compliant with Cummins' processes and requirements.
• Managing shipment and core quality concerns between RLCC, ReCon plants, and consignment customers.
• Managing the direct report responsible for operations quality performance indicators, layered process audits, 5S, and standard work.
• Identifying methods to promote continuous improvements internally and with RLCC's stakeholders.
• Ensuring all GOMS and Oracle interface issues are addressed in a timely manner to avoid operational delays.
