DESCRIPTION

Provide staffing and recruiting support, evaluate structure, job design and headcount forecasting. Implement tactics to select and maintain a diverse workforce. Resolve conflicts and provide coaching and counseling on human resources matters for individuals or groups through Labor and Employee Relations regulations. Utilize Organizational Development tools including benchmarking, scorecards, quality management, and team-based work systems and support Change Management to increase organizational performance. Utilize knowledge of Data Analytics problem solving tools to assess quality of data, interpret information and leverage analytical problem-solving tools to draw conclusions and communicate meaningful patterns that drive business insights. Ensure the accuracy and completeness of workforce information in human resources information systems. Generate ad hoc reporting and analysis of global information from data sources including Oracle Human Resources Information System (HRIS) and provide information summary. Facilitate compensation process and benefits administration by partnering with shared services and corporate human resources. Develop and implement workforce compensation recommendations and complete internal and external offer workbooks including allocation. Utilize knowledge of strategic workforce planning to examine the short and long term impact on business needs/trends for the global headcount and utilize the simulation model to reflect the impact and other significant business events. Facilitate Human Resources Data Management including the consolidation and submission of required business unit or operating segment information according to reporting timelines and standards utilizing experience with auditing and analyzing data to ensure data completeness and accuracy. Conduct and document investigations for business areas or corporate functional areas. Utilize Six Sigma tools such as C&E (Cause and Effect Matrix), KJ (KJ Method) and statistical data analysis to execute an implementation plan in a controlled approach. Lead administration of and adherence to human resources policies and procedure and advise leadership on compliance with key legislative requirements. Lead training needs assessments and participate in training activities and special projects utilizing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Assist business managers with documenting and improving employee performance. Use knowledge of financial planning to examine the business needs and the financial impact of the headcount plan; and partner with the Finance department and business leaders to plan global headcount for the next operating year. Participate in initiatives to improve the overall effectiveness of human resources processes utilizing Project Management Techniques. Lead specific improvement initiatives and create employment contracts as required by local law or practice.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Positions require Master's degree in Human Resources, Industrial or Labor Relations, Psychology or related field and 3 years of experience as a Human Resource Specialist or Generalist, or related position. Alternatively, the employer will accept a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial or Labor Relations, Psychology or related field and 5 years of experience as a Human Resource Specialist or Generalist, or related position. Experience to include: Employee Relations; Organizational Development and Change Management; Data Analytics problem solving tools; Oracle Human Resources Information System (HRIS); Strategic workforce planning; Human Resources Data Management; Six Sigma tools such as C&E (Cause and Effect Matrix), KJ (KJ Method) and statistical data analysis; Key Performance Indicators (KPIs); Financial planning; Project Management Techniques.
