DESCRIPTION
Key Responsibilities
Reporting
- Consolidate and distribute repetitive sales reports.
- Create ad-hoc sales reports under limited supervision.
- Revise templates, consolidate data from others, and provide forecasting input under limited supervision.
System Administration
- Run complicated tasks and document ad-hoc tasks on systems and tools (e.g., Salesforce, WWSPS, BMS, Portal) under limited supervision.
- Periodically evaluate user-entered data hosted on the systems to ensure completeness and identify improvements.
Data Analyses (External & Internal)
- Analyze external sources (e.g., Polk, Dodge, RigDig, etc.) to identify sales opportunities and forward them to the sales team.
- Review findings from research on assigned opportunities and share with relevant teams.
- Compile and qualify competitive data, communicating to the sales force as relevant.
- Conduct internal sales analyses (e.g., variances, projections, costing, bundling) for ad-hoc and repetitive tasks.

Fleet Management
- Manage the acquisition of new fleets.
- Support Retail+CCC business through fleets.
- Conduct activities at fleets to enhance business operations.

Qualifications
Education, Licenses, Certifications
- High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.
- This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.

- Requires significant relevant work experience or specialized skills obtained through education, training, or on-the-job experience.
