Education, Licenses, Certifications:

High school diploma, certificate of completion of secondary education, or equivalent experience (to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations) required. Associate degree, relevant industry training, certification or equivalent experience preferred. This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.

Experience:

Prefer significant work experience and in-depth knowledge obtained through specialized training and relevant experience.

QUALIFICATIONS

Additional Information:

  • Candidate should have experience of developing Power BI reports and dashboards
  • Should have experience to write SQL queries
  • Should be aware of agile concepts and should have experience of working on Jira tool
  • Should have experience to support Zebra scanners and printers. Awareness of SOTI tool will be an added advantage.
  • Production support capabilities: Ability to manage production support tasks efficiently.
  • IT Asset / Inventory Verifications and Management
  • Work with site supervisors and business users to fulfil business IT requirements
  • Coordinate and partner with various IT support groups on issue resolution

qualifications and experience, where appropriate.
