DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a talented Inland Regional Leader - CSA to join our team General Management for our Branch/Zone/Country MGRS in Gauteng, South Africa.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
- Operational Efficiency: By managing day-to-day operations and ensuring all functions run smoothly, you'll drive efficiency and productivity across the branches.

RESPONSIBILITIES
To be successful in this role you will need the following:
- Financial and Risk Management: Develop and manage sales, financial controls, and risk to ensure efficient operations within budget.
- Relationship Building: Maintain strong relationships with key customers and business leaders through regular face-to-face interactions.
- Inventory and Service Coordination: Align inventory, service, and delivery capabilities with customer expectations by collaborating with teams and stakeholders.
- Negotiation Skills: Effectively manage account receivables and negotiate payment terms when necessary.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education/ Experience:
- College, university, or equivalent degree required; an MBA will be advantageous.
- Significant level of relevant work experience, including managerial, leadership, budgetary, and cross-functional experience, required.
- This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.
