DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a talented, onsite Industrial OEM Service Support Intern to join our Summer Internship Program in Columbus, IN!
In this onsite role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
- This role will be focused on learning the function of the Industrial Product Support Team.
- The Student will gain familiarization with day-to-day operations and provide project support across our Organization depending on skill level.
- Projects will focus on driving operational improvements and efficiencies for our Team.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.

- Proficiency in Microsoft applications, generating reports and ability to learn new systems required to do the job effectively.
- Basic understanding of mechanical knowledge, background in customer service/customer support preferred.
- Ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, with the ability to effectively communicate in a positive and professional manner, take ownership and drive a project/task effectively and efficiently.
- Please note, this position is 100% onsite at our Corporate Office in Columbus, IN. Relocation or lodging assistance is not provided.
- This is a Full-Time, Summer Internship position. The Program will start on June 2 nd through August (flexible based on School schedule). The hours are 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education, Licenses, Certifications
- Must be currently enrolled at a College or University, pursuing a degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology, Automotive Technology or similar field.
