DESCRIPTION

In this position, you will support the Human Resources department and will directly report to HR Manager. Your main focused during this internship will be to ensure compliance with GDPR regulations. It is a very challenging internship in which flexibility, independence and insight are highly valued.

  • Ensure compliance with GDPR regulations by developing guidelines, providing policy guidance and protocols for HR department.
  • Prepare documentation and training materials for end-users on how to be GDPR compliant effectively
  • Train and coach end-users on GDPR regulations and processes
  • Conducting HR internal audits about GDPR processes.
  • Assist with documentation of other processes in the department.
  • Assist in other special projects to be determined together

QUALIFICATIONS

Competencies:

Action-oriented, communicates efficiently,resourcefulness, optimizes work processes, collaborates, skillful learning, demonstrates self-awareness, problem solving skills.

Job Requirements:

  • Studying Human Resources, Legal, or any other filed related to the described position
  • Fluent in English in speaking and writing, additional knowledge of Dutch is a big plus .
  • Good communication and cooperation organization wide.
  • Work independently or as part of a team.
  • Self-discipline.
  • Familiar with international environment is an advantage.
