  • Provide information and guidance on various Human Resources processes, ensuring clarity and accuracy in responses.
  • Manage and supervise the payment and purchase order process, ensuring accuracy and adherence to established deadlines.
  • Coordinate and organize events, ensuring efficient planning and flawless execution.
  • Maintain constructive relationships with unions and follow up on union matters, promoting a collaborative work environment.
  • Manage and administer union benefits, ensuring compliance with established policies and procedures.
  • Handle the process of involuntary terminations with professionalism and sensitivity, ensuring compliance with legal and company regulations.
  • Prepare and present behavior reports, providing analysis and recommendations for continuous improvement.

To be successful in this role you will need the following:

  • Proficiency in computer equipment.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office package.
  • Intermediate English.

Additional Requirements: For unionized personnel, it is important to consider the following criteria:

  • 12 months in the current category.
  • Closed improvement project: 1 (in the last 6 months).
  • FIFIS: 52 (in the last 6 months).
  • Absences: Zero absences (in the last 6 months).
  • Behavior reports: Zero (in the last 12 months).
  • TMS/ABC performance rating: 1 or 2 / above 80.
