DESCRIPTION

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

  • HR Process Management: Executes standard HR administration processes, such as drafting employment contracts, supporting employment letters, employee correspondence and benefits administration.
  • Data Management & Analysis: Ensures workforce information is accurate in HR systems, pulls reports, and performs basic data analysis.
  • Resolution & Compliance: Participates in resolving HRIS issues and non compliance, initiates and follows up HRIS investigations, and ensures adherence to HR policies and compliance with legal requirements.
  • Training & Development: Assists in identifying training needs, coordinating training activities, and supporting special HR projects, while acting as a resource for less experienced colleagues.

  • Employee Relations & HR Consulting: Builds constructive relationships, ensures consistent policy application, and balances employee needs with organizational goals through informed consulting.
  • Data Analytics & HR Data Management: Leverages data to derive meaningful insights and ensure compliance, using analytics to inform business decisions and improve organizational outcomes.
