We are looking for a HEALTH, SAFETY AND ENVIRONMENTAL PROJECT SPECIALIST - SENIOR talent, to join our specialized CUMMINS team for our HEALTH AND SAFETY department.

• Deep knowledge of HSE technical aspects and certifications. Experience with hazard identification, risk assessment, and compliance obligations.
• At least 3-5 years of experience as team leadership and project management. Experience with Industrial Safety Standards preferred.
• Experience in training facilitation and the ability to deliver engaging and effective training sessions.
• Proven ability to manage projects, including scope, schedule, and resources, ensuring successful outcomes and adherence to project goals.
• Ability to influence and build a positive HSE culture by working with diverse groups and stakeholders.
• Proficient in collecting and analyzing data to evaluate performance trends and inform strategy.
• Strong conversational and written English & Spanish, Portuguese is a plus.

• Providing support for the regional implementation of HSE solutions and technology, including materials translation, training coordination, managing supplier relationships, auditing, and other related tasks.
• Analyzing information and data to identify and communicate risks associated with sites and branches in the LATAM region.
• Supporting the maintenance of HSE processes, procedures, and systems across the LATAM region.
• Leading HSE projects from initiation through implementation, setting project goals, plans, timelines, and milestones. Monitoring performance, managing costs and resources, and ensuring effective communication with stakeholders.
• Utilizing the plan-do-check-act methodology to drive continuous improvement and develop project-related support materials for training and internal communications.
• Leading cross-functional teams to develop and implement innovative solutions for risk reduction. Coaching and developing team members on HSE processes.
• Participating in site audits and support the HSE Management Systems to ensure compliance with legal and internal requirements.
• To be actively seek opportunities for self-development and stay informed about emerging trends in HSE.
