DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a talented Production Associate - Level I to join our team specializing in Manufacturing for our Cummins Inc. facility in Morristown, TN.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
- Ensure Safety : By promptly reporting hazards and incidents, and using personal protective equipment, you'll help maintain a safe work environment.
- Promote Environmental Responsibility : Recognize and minimize the environmental impact of your work, contributing to sustainability efforts.

- Identify and Address Issues : Raise concerns about non-conforming materials and processes to prevent quality and cost issues.

- Maintain Cleanliness : Keep your work area clean and perform routine housekeeping and machine maintenance tasks.
- Collaborate Effectively : Communicate with your team and support staff to ensure smooth operations and address equipment needs.
- Engage in Continuous Improvement : Participate in training and development, and actively seek ways to improve processes, safety, and quality.
