We are looking for a talented Fleet Analyst to join our team specializing in Supply Chain Planning in Mississauga, ON.

- Stakeholder Satisfaction : By guiding and assisting both internal and external stakeholders, you will ensure smooth execution of the Fleet Management program, leading to high stakeholder satisfaction.

- Team Collaboration : Participating in defined projects as a team member will contribute to the successful implementation of Fleet Management business processes and policies.
- Performance Metrics : Maintaining required performance metrics and periodic reports will help monitor and enhance the effectiveness of the Fleet Management program.
- Budget Management : Assisting with budget planning, tracking, and analysis will ensure the program is executed within budget parameters, contributing to financial stability.
- Training and Deployment : Assisting in the deployment and training for new or updated Fleet Management programs will ensure stakeholders are well-prepared and informed, leading to successful program implementation.

Qualifications
Education, Licenses, Certifications:
- College, university or equivalent degree or significant relevant experience required.
- This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.
Experience:
- Minimal experience required unless post secondary education requirement is not met.
Additional Responsibilities/Qualifications:
- This role will primarily be focused on supporting Fleet Operations and Fleet Safety and Compliance of the Canadian fleet with a gradual transition to a broader scope of supporting other business units in North America.
- Experience in fleet or asset management is preferred, including but not limited to working with fleet management companies and telematic providers.
- The ideal candidate should possess working knowledge of Canadian NSC and/or US DOT regulations.
- 80% of time will be Fleet Operations, executing on established strategies.
- 20% of time will be Fleet Safety and Compliance, focusing on Driver Qualification files and other items as needed.
- Language: English is required; Ability to speak, read and write French is preferred but not required.
