Improving Financial Performance: Your detailed variance explanations and cost analysis will identify areas for financial improvement and cost savings.

Supporting Strategic Initiatives: By preparing special studies and reports, you'll contribute to the strategic planning and execution of key projects.

Fostering Collaboration: As a business partner to various organizational units, you'll facilitate better communication and collaboration across departments.

Mentoring Future Talent: By coaching or leading less-experienced Financial Analysts, you'll help develop the next generation of financial experts.

Ensuring Data Integrity: Your role in consolidating financial data and statistical reporting will maintain the accuracy and reliability of financial information.

RESPONSIBILITIES

QUALIFICATIONS

Education/Experience:

  • Progress toward Certified Public Accountant, Certified Management Accountant, Chartered Accountant or similar certification preferred.
  • Intermediate level of relevant professional work experience in the field of study required.
  • Minimum 5 years of Finance/Accounting experience
  • Strong finance and accounting skills
  • Bachelors Degree in Accounting/Finance
  • Strategy experience a plus
  • Mandarin a plus

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Financial analysis related to business development and financial projects
  • Custodial ownership related work for Engine Business Unite Japan, Europe, and North America Joint Ventures
  • Engine Business Unit Global JV planning forecasting and reporting support

Compensation

Please note that the salary range provided is a good faith estimate on the applicable range. The final salary offer will be determined after considering relevant factors, including a candidate's qualifications and experience, where appropriate.
