We are looking for a talented Financial Analyst to join our team specializing in Finance for our Cummins Inc. facility in Florence, KY.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

- Month-End Support : Supporting the month-end close process will ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, contributing to overall financial health.
- Financial Consolidation : Consolidating financial data will provide a comprehensive view of the organization's financial performance, aiding in strategic planning.
- Statistical Reporting : Preparing statistical reports, including financial performance and variance explanations, will highlight key trends and areas for improvement.
- Cost Analysis : Conducting cost analysis will identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements, enhancing the organization's profitability.

Education, Licenses, Certifications:
College, university, or equivalent degree in Finance, Accounting or related field required.
Experience:
Minimal relevant professional work experience in the field of study required.
QUALIFICATIONS
Additional Information:
- Hybrid Requirements: The selected candidate will need to report onsite 3 days per week.
- Month-End Activities : Execute month-end tasks such as journal entries, variance analysis, reporting, and general ledger analysis.
- Operational Analysis : Handle various responsibilities related to gathering information and analyzing operational performance, inventory, and product costs.
- Process Improvement : Initiate and drive process improvements within areas of responsibility.
- Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills : Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
