Key Responsibilities:
Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) Stop work and immediately report any major injury hazards. Report any work-related injury, illness, incident or hazard. Comply with HSE standards, policies, procedures & regulations. Use appropriate personal protective equipment. Promote interdependence by looking out for one another. Correct hazards within your control and capabilities. Recognize how your work may impact the environment and work to minimize the negative impact. Engage in HSE Training. Quality Follows all applicable standard work, process documentation and quality procedures such as Statistical Process Control (SPC), poka-yoke and visual standards. Raises issues to minimize cost and quality exposures. Performs quality inspections. Identifies and controls non-conforming material. Delivery Operates manual and automated equipment to manufacture and assemble product in order to create the proper characteristics and dimensions necessary to meet customer expectations. Demonstrates a high level of competency in core work skills. Achieves production goals. Works at the required cycle time or defined engineering standard. Maintains clean and orderly work area, including routine housekeeping tasks and machine cleaning tasks and performs planned operator care and maintenance tasks. Remains flexible and performs other miscellaneous duties, as required, to meet production goals. Works with peers, skilled trades and support staff to maintain and identify equipment needing repair. Teamwork Communicates effectively with the assigned team and with all support teams. Completes training and personal development in line with business requirements. Participates actively in ways to improve quality, safety, process, material flow, and employee development.

Education, Licenses, Certifications:
High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.
This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.
Experience:
Requires some work experience or intermediate level knowledge obtained through education, training or on-the-job experience.
QUALIFICATIONS
Serve as a primary Tig and Braze Welder for all Fabrication in SEP including initial and ongoing training
• Work with Manufacturing Engineering group to develop any / all training materials relevant and necessary to the Tig and Braze Welding area
• Works cross functionally as business needs arise
• Will be required to train and or perform any/all tasks as part of the Fabrication team
• Be able to efficiently and effectively train others where certifications are required
• Knows and complies with departmental, site, and company policies and procedures including the proper wear and use of required personal protective equipment
• Participates in improvement projects; uses common problem-solving techniques while working alone or in teams
• Communicates effectively within the assigned team and with all support teams.
• Ability to organize and manage multiple work orders at a time
• Must be a self-starter
• Willing to accept and work through challenges
• Flexible with schedule and working between functions
• Must have a positive attitude
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal
Selection:
• Selection will be based on a resume and interview process to determine the successful bidders based off qualifications AND it is mandatory that all potential candidates/bidders attend an on-shift orientation to learn more information regarding the position and have the opportunity to ask questions about the role.
• All bid forms and/or de-selection forms must be submitted in bid boxes by 7:00 am of the POSTING REMOVAL DATE.
• Bids arriving late will NOT be honored.
• Bid forms must be signed by the current Team Manager; if the Team Manager is not available, employees can receive a signature from an HR Representative.
• De-selection forms for Special Assignment postings must be signed by the current Team Manager, if Team Manager is not available, employees can receive a signature from an HR Representative.
• Bid forms can only be completed by the employee bidding on the job.
• Successful applicants will move on the 3rd Monday after selections are posted.
• Successful candidates must remain in the position for a minimum of 18 months before regaining bid rights. At the end of the 18 months, the employee may be made permanent without reposting the position.
• Must pass all related testing, if applicable.
