We are looking for a talented Environmental Manager to join our team specializing in Environment for Cummins, Inc. in Atlanta, GA.

RESPONSIBILITIES

To be successful in this role you will need the following:

  • Builds effective teams - Building strong-identity teams that apply their diverse skills and perspectives to achieve common goals.
  • Develops talent - Establish mentorship and coaching opportunities to support employee growth. Create individualized development plans that align with both personal and organizational goals.
  • Plans and aligns - Define clear, achievable objectives that align with the organization's mission and vision. Use project management tools to prioritize tasks and ensure timely completion. Regularly review progress and adjust plans as needed to stay on track.
  • Environmental Acumen - Keep up to date with the latest environmental regulations, trends, and best practices. QUALIFICATIONS

Education/Experience:

  • College, university, or equivalent degree required. Advanced or professional degree preferred.
  • Significant level of relevant work experience, including leading projects and teams required.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Role can be based anywhere within the United States with access to a major airport.
  • Role requires a minimum of 3-5 years environmental sustainability experience.
  • Role requires a minimum of 5-10 years of environmental compliance experience.
  • Role requires a minimum of 5-10 years of environmental ISO 14001 experience.
  • Proficient in communicating with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proficient with data analytics and Microsoft applications.

Compensation

Please note that the salary range provided is a good faith estimate on the applicable range. The final salary offer will be determined after considering relevant factors, including a candidate's qualifications and experience, where appropriate.
