DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a talented Electrolyzer Service Technician to join our team specializing in Service for our Technical Centre Department in Guadalajara, Spain.
This role requires a 50% of domestic and international travel.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways :
- Ensuring Operational Reliability: Your support in maintenance activities will help keep the electrolyzers running smoothly, minimizing downtime and enhancing reliability.
- Enhancing Production Efficiency: By assisting with the assembly and testing of electrolyzers, you'll help streamline production processes and ensure high-quality output.
- Facilitating Successful Installations: Your involvement in on-site installation and commissioning will ensure that electrolyzers are set up correctly and efficiently, leading to successful project completions.
- Providing Expert Technical Support: By offering technical support, you'll help troubleshoot issues and provide solutions, ensuring customer satisfaction and operational continuity.
- Educating Customers: Your role in educating customers on the operation and maintenance of electrolyzers will empower them to use the equipment effectively and safely.
- Improving Customer Relationships: Through direct interaction and support, you'll build strong relationships with customers, fostering trust and loyalty.
- Contributing to Innovation: Your hands-on experience in the factory and field will provide valuable insights that can contribute to process improvements and innovations.
- Promoting Sustainable Energy: By working with electrolyzers, you'll be directly contributing to the advancement of sustainable energy solutions, making a positive impact on the environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES
To be successful in this role you will need the following:
- Strong bilingual communication skills in Spanish and English to effectively interact with diverse teams and customers.
- Technical expertise in maintenance, expertise in hydrogen production systems or other gas applications is plus along with a keen interest in renewable energy technologies.
- Hands-on experience in assembling, testing, maintaining, and commissioning various equipment, with the ability to support service engineers and provide technical support.
- Flexibility and mobility, including a valid international driving license, to work both in the factory and on-site installations.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education/ Experience:
- Vocational diploma from relevant technical institution
- Locally valid driving permit
- This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.
