QUALIFICATIONS

Education/Experience:

• College, university, or equivalent degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related subject, or relevant equivalent experience required.
• This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.
• Intermediate level of relevant work experience, including team leadership experience, required.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Works with the cross-functional teams to define a clear vision, strategy and business models, and develop a strategic roadmap to achieve plans
• Develop and effectively prioritize the backlog of digital features that guide the agile development of the product line extensions that maximizes business results
• Manages the 12 month rolling product roadmap, which is used to communicate what, why and when to the broad stakeholder groups
• Ability to translate market requirements into digital features and stories to guide development
• Key member of a matrixed Product Team responsible for the overall health and success of the digital product line

Additional Skills:

• Ability to use Design Thinking principles and Pragmatic framework tools to define customer, market, and regional personas and needs
• Ability to understand key activities and issues in software product development to effectively translate and communicate to the business, market and development teams stakeholders
• Ability to quickly learn new product management approaches and tools in an Agile product development environment
