DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a talented Digital Platforms Specialist - Senior to join our team specializing in Sales for our SFA user experience department in Sandwich and Daventry, United Kingdom.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
- Enhancing User Experience: By providing routine user support and training, you'll ensure users can effectively navigate and utilize the digital platform, leading to higher satisfaction and productivity.
- Streamlining Processes: Your efforts in troubleshooting and upholding standard business processes will help maintain data integrity and operational efficiency.
- Driving Continuous Improvement: By identifying recurring issues and opportunities for simplification, you'll contribute to the ongoing enhancement of support processes and system functionalities.
- Facilitating Communication: You'll act as a bridge between users and the Digital Platforms Leader, ensuring that user feedback and needs are communicated and addressed promptly.
- Supporting System Enhancements: Your involvement in new system enhancements and user acceptance testing will help ensure that updates are user-friendly and meet business requirements.
- Building a Support Network: Training and supporting super-users and regional specialists will expand the user support network, making it easier for users to get help when needed.
- Advocating for Users: By working with internal and external partners, you'll advocate for user-friendly solutions and improvements, enhancing overall platform usability.
- Leading Projects: Taking on selected projects will allow you to apply and grow your expertise, driving significant improvements and innovations within the platform.

RESPONSIBILITIES
To be successful in this role you will need the following:
- Technical Expertise: Proficiency with Salesforce and familiarity with Agile project management tools (like JIRA, Q-Test, Confluence) and CMS tools (such as Drupal, Wordpress, or Seismic) will be crucial. Experience with Zohodesk is also preferred.
- Strong Communication Skills: The ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences, deliver training, and explain complex topics in an understandable way is essential.
- Collaboration and Stakeholder Management: Building partnerships, balancing the needs of multiple stakeholders, and working collaboratively with internal and external partners will help you succeed.
- Problem-Solving and Adaptability: Being adept at solving technical problems, managing conflicts, and learning quickly from new challenges will enable you to handle the dynamic aspects of the role effectively.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education/Experience:
- Business Analysis skillset preferred.
- Experience working with Salesforce preferred.
- Experience working on Agile project management tools preferred but not required (JIRA, Q-Test, Confluence).
- Experience working on CMS tools (Drupal, Wordpress or Seismic) and Zohodesk preferred.
- Experience in improving overall User Experience (UX) through technical expertise.
- Experience in actively managing or participating in User Advisory Boards and platform enhancement processes to solve key user issues and to identify projects to improve the quality of our sales tools.
- Experience in implementing low-code changes or enhancements to sales tools as identified by key stakeholders. You will also actively monitor platforms analytics and KPIs to actively report to users and leaders.
