(Intermediate):

• Completes complex internal engine repairs.

• Performs engine overhauls with limited direct supervision.

(Advanced):

• Ability to troubleshoot with limited/no support from diagnostic tools

• Larger more complicated engine rebuilds.

• Mentor junior technicians including technical support and documentation.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education, Licenses, Certifications

Apprentice Trained Engine Technician (Preferred)

Vocational diploma from relevant technical institution

Locally valid driving permit (Preferred)

This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.

Experience

Minimal level of work shop experience required

Basic level knowledge of and/or experience with engine products

This is a union branch and a union role. Candidate will have to join the union. This is a 1 st shift position, 7AM - 3:30PM but the shift is subject to change based on business needs. Must also be available to work 2 nd Shift - 3:30PM-12AM shift.

• This position does not require any Department of Transportation (DOT) related pre-screenings
