Customer Service Advisor - Level II

DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a talented Customer Service Advisor to coordinate and schedule customer repairs for our automotive, mining and industrial customer based in our Emerald branch.

Key Responsibilities:

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

  • Plan jobs and create work orders, book in vehicles for service & check parts, administer invoices & accounts
  • Serve as first point of contact with customers to promote quality customer service and assist with increasing business within the Emerald branch
  • Deal with technical queries from customers and develop positive relationships
  • Consistently liaise with the customer to keep them updated with progress
  • Follow procedures and document required information in the service management system to have an accurate record of the work completed
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders - (mainly technicians and parts department) to ensure a smooth process from beginning to end

RESPONSIBILITIES

To be successful in this role you will need the following:

  • An understanding of accounts payable and accounts receivable is highly desirable as well as familiarity with financial processes / accounts and purchase orders
  • Demonstrated technical experience specific to Cummins or similar industry
  • World class communication skills - both written and verbal with solid IT capabilities
  • Experience of delivering first class customer service from an automotive or warranty background

QUALIFICATIONS

Additional Information

This role is included in the on call roster.

This role requires previous relevant work experience; prior technical experience and/ or customer service experience is preferred.
