DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a talented Customer Order Management Administrator to join our team specialising in Supply Chain Planning for our Customer Order Management Department in Peterborough, UK.

This is a full-time hybrid role, requiring attendance on-site twice a fortnight. The position involves a 37.5-hour work week, with standard hours from 9 AM to 5 PM, Monday to Friday.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

  • Efficient Order Processing: By accurately processing customer orders within the required deadlines, you'll ensure timely fulfilment and customer satisfaction.
  • Data Accuracy: Performing data maintenance and cleansing will ensure the accuracy of customer details, pricing, and order statuses, which is crucial for operational efficiency.
  • System Management: Manually allocating parts to customer orders within the order management system will streamline the order fulfilment process.
  • Report Preparation: Preparing and distributing standard internal reports will provide valuable insights and support decision-making processes.
  • Data Entry Assistance: Assisting with data entry tasks related to the order life cycle will ensure smooth operations and accurate records.
  • Process Improvement: Identifying and communicating areas for process improvement will enhance order management procedures.
