DESCRIPTION
The Business Intelligence Analyst is responsible for preparing BI analyses and reports for key stakeholders. The role involves gathering reporting requirements, analyzing data, and providing recurring reports that inform decision-making. This position requires close collaboration with senior analysts and leaders to meet BI needs and ensure effective communication with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and analyze reporting requirements to provide accurate, recurring reports.
- Perform quality assurance and validate conclusions to ensure the accuracy of analyses.
- Select appropriate analytical methods to address business problems and deliver effective solutions.
- Extract and analyze data from operational systems and databases to aid decision-making processes.
- Create and maintain globally standardized dashboards and reporting practices to support business intelligence needs.
- Collaborate with senior analysts and BI leaders to clarify assignment intent and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Communicate effectively with key stakeholders to deliver insights and reporting in a timely manner.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Experience:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in data analytics and business intelligence.
- Experience analyzing data and developing clear, accurate conclusions.
- Experience working with global stakeholders independently.
- Preferably, experience in sales or demand planning domains.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in SQL, ETL, data modeling, and Power BI (Power Query, DAX).
- Advanced Excel skills (including VBA/Macros).
- Hands-on experience with Power Apps and Power Automate.
- Ability to work with big data and apply statistical concepts.

QUALIFICATIONS
Qualifications:
