DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a talented Branch Manager to join our team in Lubin, Dolnoslaskie, Poland.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
- Directly manage a team of 7 office staff and indirectly oversee approximately 20 technicians, ensuring smooth operations and clear communication between all parties.
- Oversee and maintain the branch's primary customer relationship with KGHM Polska Miedz, managing 95% of work dedicated to this key client, including selling parts and providing service support.
- Manage all branch functions and financial metrics, contributing to the development and execution of the Annual Operating Plan; monitor business performance through balanced scorecards, profit and loss metrics, and asset management.
- Provide input into the annual marketing and sales plan, while developing and nurturing business relationships with existing customers and cultivating new business partnerships and alliances.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, as measured by the Net Promoter Score and Lens of the Customer programs and foster a customer-centric culture within the branch.
- Implement and enforce defined service processes to maintain high-quality customer service, manage warranty submissions and rejections, and monitor repair event cycle times, driving continuous process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards, actively participating in audits and ensuring employees understand and adhere to Cummins' corporate responsibility values.
- Continue to foster HSE culture in the Branch.
- Oversee facility maintenance, manage lease agreements, recommend necessary facility changes, and lead the development, motivation, and performance management of employees, including monitoring work plans and Individual Development Plans for direct reports.

RESPONSIBILITIES
To be successful in this role you will need the following:
- Strong experience in team management, with the ability to lead and motivate a diverse group of people while maintaining clear communication and a collaborative environment.
- Ability to manage high-level customer relationships, focusing on business strategy and fostering long-term partnerships rather than direct sales.
- Open-minded and innovative, with a willingness to challenge the status quo and bring fresh ideas to the table in order to drive business improvements.
- Fluent in Polish (both written and spoken), with strong communication skills in English, enabling effective communication across various channels and with different audiences.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education/ Experience:
- University, or equivalent degree in required Business Administration, Engineering, or related subject required.
- Significant relevant experience required, including managerial and budgetary experience.
