We are looking for a talented Assistant CNC operator to join our team specializing in Manufacturing for our CUMMINS in Cienega de Flores, Nuevo León, México.

The CNC Operator Assistant operates production machinery and equipment in a narrowly oriented manufacturing environment, meeting quality, productivity, safety and environmental standards.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
- Identify and immediately report any hazards related to injuries, illnesses, incidents or occupational hazards.
- Use personal protective equipment and participate in HSE training.
- Comply with standard work procedures, including SPC, poka-yoke and visual standards.
- Perform quality inspections and control non-conforming materials.
- Raise issues to reduce costs and risks associated with quality.
- Operate CNC machinery, perform manual assembly and move materials with hoists.
- Ensure production targets are met within the established cycle time.
- Transport parts to inspection area and deliver finished products.
- Maintain a clean and orderly work area, including basic maintenance tasks.
- Communicate effectively with assigned team and support areas.
- Actively participate in process improvement, safety, quality and employee development.
Qualifications
Education: Completed high school or technical career.
Horario: Rotativo 3 turnos (6am a 2:30pm// 2:30pm a 10:30pm // 10:30 a 6am)
Días laborales: Trabaja el horario de 6x 2 (L-D)
Responsibilities
To be successful in this role you will need the following:
- Previous experience in handling CNC machinery.
- Ability to perform manual assemblies and handle measuring instruments.
- Basic knowledge of part inspection and quality control.
- Familiarity with the use of hoists and material handling.
