We are looking for a talented Commercial Lubricants Advisor to join our team specializing in Sales for our Distribution Business in San José, Costa Rica.

  • Ensure achievement of set objectives: financial targets, customer base or portfolio, product sales volume, maintenance of current portfolio, and expansion of future portfolio.
  • Technical consultancy for lubricant clients.
  • Creation of a pool of prospective clients and management of pipeline business, generating portfolio control reports, sales reports, accounts receivable reports from clients, and updating client records.
  • Alignment with and adherence to administrative, operational, and occupational safety policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

To be successful in this role you will need the following:

  • Minimum 6 months of experience in sales and customer service in lubricants sector.
  • University degree (industrial, mechanic or related field).
  • Experience in product development (line introduction, target customer identification, promotion strategy, competitive analysis, pricing analysis, inventory analysis, and local availability analysis).
  • Field visits to clients, national routes.
  • Proficiency in computer tools (Netsuite Oracle) .
