DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a talented Advanced Warehouse Operator - Level I to join our team specializing in Logistics for our Cummins Inc. facility in Whitestown, IN.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

  • Ensure Accurate Inventory Management : By meticulously receiving, checking, sorting, and storing goods, you'll help maintain accurate inventory records and optimize warehouse space.
  • Enhance Safety Standards : Your adherence to Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) standards and proactive reporting of hazards will contribute to a safer workplace for everyone.
  • Improve Quality Control : Performing quality checks and identifying non-conforming materials will help minimize costs and ensure that only high-quality goods are dispatched.
  • Optimize Delivery Processes : Efficiently picking, packing, and dispatching goods will ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment, meeting customer expectations.
  • Promote Team Collaboration : Effective communication and teamwork will foster a collaborative environment, enhancing overall productivity and problem-solving.
  • Maintain Cleanliness and Order : Keeping your work area clean and orderly, and performing routine housekeeping tasks, will contribute to a more efficient and pleasant working environment.
  • Support Continuous Improvement : Actively participating in training and improvement initiatives will help enhance processes, safety, and quality, benefiting the entire operation.

Education/Experience:

This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.

Minimal or no work experience required.
