What's a typical day as an Aftermarket Sales Intern? You'll be:
- Managing warranties with customers
- Handling technical offers
- Supporting the Aftermarket Sales Department in various tasks
- Collaborating with the next appropriate level of aftermarket support to seek resolution to challenging enquiries, providing documentation.
- Maintaining accurate records of all interactions in the appropriate database/system.
- Identifying and communicate areas for process improvement to Supervisor.
RESPONSIBILITIES
.This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Are pursuing or have recently completed a degree in Engineering, Sales or a related field.
- Have strong communication and organizational skills.
- Are proficient in Microsoft Office in particular Excel and PowerPoint
- Are native Spanish speaker and English fluent (C1 preferred)
- Ability to understand data, solve problems and think innovatively.
QUALIFICATIONS
Driving licence and car preferred
