DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a talented Administrative Associate - Level III to join our team specializing in Marketing for our Cummins Inc. facility in Indianapolis, IN.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

  • Efficient Data Management : By accurately gathering, compiling, and entering data into reports, presentations, and office systems, you'll ensure that information is reliable and accessible.
  • Administrative Support : Conducting research, preparing statistical reports, and addressing information requests will support the team and enhance decision-making processes.
  • Smooth Operations : Handling tasks like preparing correspondence, arranging conference calls, and scheduling meetings will ensure that daily operations run smoothly and efficiently.
  • Prompt Inquiry Response : Responding to or redirecting inquiries promptly and accurately will improve communication and satisfaction for both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Financial Documentation : Preparing and submitting documentation for payments, and responding to related inquiries, will ensure financial transactions are processed smoothly and accurately.
  • Policy and Procedure Maintenance : Documenting and maintaining departmental policies and procedures will help ensure consistency and compliance within the organization.
  • Team Collaboration : Participating in business improvement projects and assignments will contribute to the continuous improvement of departmental processes and outcomes.
  • Mentorship : Acting as an informal resource for colleagues with less experience will foster a supportive and knowledgeable team environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

To be successful in this role you will need the following:

Education/Experience:

High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.

This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.

Requires significant relevant work experience or specialized skills obtained through education, training or on-the-job experience.

QUALIFICATIONS

Additional Information:

  • Assists with North America Commercial Industrial Leader and Team Schedules
  • Manages Expenses and Travel for Team leader and supports other team members when needed
  • Assists in team meeting minutes and follow up execution
