DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a talented Accounts Receivable Associate - Level III to join our team specializing in Finance for our Cummins Inc. facility in Nashville, TN.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

  • Efficient Payment Processing : By working with complex customers to process payments, you'll ensure timely and accurate transactions, improving cash flow.
  • Customer Relationship Management : Handling both basic and complex customer inquiries will strengthen relationships and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Account Analysis : Preparing statements of accounts and conducting detailed account analysis will provide valuable insights into financial health and trends.
  • Root Cause Analysis : Identifying the reasons behind late payments and suggesting process improvements will help reduce delays and enhance efficiency.
  • Month-End Reporting : Preparing comprehensive month-end reports will support accurate financial reporting and decision-making.
  • Project Leadership : Leading and participating in projects related to Accounts Receivable improvement will drive innovation and process enhancements.
  • Process Improvement : Your suggestions for process improvements will streamline operations and reduce errors, contributing to overall efficiency.
  • Autonomous Work : Performing activities under minimal supervision demonstrates your ability to work independently and make informed decisions, showcasing your expertise and reliability.

RESPONSIBILITIES

To be successful in this role you will need the following:

Education/Experience

  • High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.
  • Requires significant relevant work experience or specialized skills obtained through education, training or on-the-job experience.

QUALIFICATIONS

Additional Information

  • Preforms miscellaneous invoicing duties for the EBU as needed
  • Preforms month-end processes for miscellaneous invoicing
  • Prepares and mails out invoicing printed in CBS Nashville on a daily basis
  • Prepares invoicing packages for fed-ex overseas weekly
  • Works with customers located in Southeast Asia, and Europe daily
  • 40 hours per week; 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Work is Hybrid - in office two days a week after training.

Please note that the salary range provided is a good faith estimate on the applicable range. The

final salary offer will be determined after considering relevant factors, including a candidate's

qualifications and experience, where appropriate.
