DESCRIPTION
Assists the accounts payable team with more complex tasks related to the efficient maintenance and processing of accounts payable transactions. Performs activities under minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
• Efficient Invoice Processing: By managing invoice administration and setting up payments, you'll ensure timely and accurate financial transactions.
• Accurate Payments: Preparing and processing accounts payable checks, wire transfers, and payments will help maintain the company's financial integrity.
• Vendor Relations: Answering vendor inquiries and reconciling complex vendor statements will foster strong relationships and trust with suppliers.

• Financial Analysis: Preparing account analyses will provide valuable insights into financial health and support strategic decision-making.
• Discrepancy Resolution: Resolving complex invoice discrepancies will minimize errors and prevent potential financial losses.
• Process Improvement: Conducting root cause analysis of processing errors and suggesting improvements will enhance efficiency and reduce future errors.
• Month-End Support: Supporting month-end closing activities will ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.

Education, Licenses, Certifications:
High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.
Experience:
Requires significant relevant work experience or specialized skills obtained through education, training or on-the-job experience.
QUALIFICATIONS
Skills -

• Excellent excel skills with data analysis and interpretation.
• Should have end to end process knowledge with strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to multi-task, work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong process knowledge to identify, analyze process gaps and drive standardization/simplification of AP process.
